Everything is packed properly and sent as a registered and trackable postal parcel. We have free shipping on all purchases over NOK. NOK 5,000,- in NORWAY. For worldwide shipping there are other costs involved, depending on the weight of the item. We will notify you when the package is on its way, so that you can follow the package yourself via tracking. Click and download: Buy online, click and collect. If you order online but pick up in the gallery yourself, you can secure a bargain before anyone else. We pack and put the goods aside, you pop in during the gallery's opening hours on a day that suits you. Free ride home: If the art is going somewhere in the region of Trondheim, don't forget that we will find a way to drive it to your home - completely free of charge. in NORWAY! Ask us - and we'll make an agreement. For shipping outside Norway, there will be additional shipping costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Right of withdrawal: galleri 7 /Urban art AS do our best to ensure that the images in the online store reproduce the images as well as possible. But colors can vary from screen to screen, and a small image doesn't always do justice to a work of art. You always have a two-week cancellation period after the photo has been received. Consumer purchases are regulated by, among other things, the Purchases Act, the E-commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. Art fee: For art purchases over NOK 2,000, there is an addition of 5% which goes to the Visual Artists' Relief Fund.
